Air Conditioning Planned Service & Maintenance
Our specialist Air Conditioning division can provide your business with a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance Package to keep your Heating , ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) F-GAS compliant and running efficiently, reducing the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns and associated costs.
As part of your Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Package, you will also benefit from CMS' 24/7 nationwide emergency breakdown service, ensuring your equipment is back up and running as soon as possible.
As a PPM customer, in addition to being allocated a dedicated Air Conditioning Account Manager, you will also have peace of mind that all engineers attending your scheduled visits are F-Gas certified, enhanced DBS checked and highly experienced in their field of work.
As standard, CMS' Air Conditioning PPM includes annual, bi-annual or quarterly scheduled visits, ensuring maximum performance of your air-conditioning system, providing compliance with F-Gas regulations and improving your indoor air quality when maintained regularly therefore increasing the overall lifespan of the equipment.

Reactive Maintenance & Repair
With CMS in the unfortunate event of a system failure, our customer support team are available to discuss your requirements and schedule a visit with an F-Gas certified engineer to asses the fault and carry out a repair.
Due to our direct partnerships with manufacturers and stockists through our UK wide network of suppliers, our specialist Air-Conditioning team can typically provide same day repairs where possible.
After identifying the fault with your system or unit, you will be provided with a digital report within 24 hours of the call out, detailing the works required to rectify the fault.
Our customer call centre is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with our fully networked engineers located throughout the UK.
For contract PPM customers we offer 24/7, 365 days coverage.

Our experienced and certified F-Gas engineers are experienced installers of air conditioning systems from all the major manufacturers including Mitsubishi Electric , Daikin , Toshiba , Fujitsu as well as others.
From the installation of wall mounted, ceiling mounted and ducted air conditioning systems, our designers and engineers will advise on the most suitable solution for your business and operations.
On working with you to identify the most efficient way of optimising the cooling and heating in your premises, our HVAC installation team are committed to completing the install promptly and within the allotted time scale.
